Система развивается от T0 к T5: диагностика, минимальная адаптация, жизненно важные вставки, сухие коридоры, амфибийные кластеры и новый район.

T1–T2

В существующей застройке сначала появляются Rain Flowers, биоканавы, дождевые сады и проницаемые покрытия. Затем на свободных участках размещаются клиники, убежища, вода, энергия и связь.

T3–T4

Амфибийные коридоры сохраняют доступ к безопасным местам. Ветхие или особо уязвимые фрагменты заменяются кластерами 40×40, 60×60 или 80×80 м.

T5

Новая территория сразу проектируется как Floating Sponge District: дома, улицы, общественные здания, парки и инженерные коридоры работают как единая амфибийная система.

The system develops from T0 to T5: diagnosis, minimal adaptation, life-support inserts, dry corridors, amphibious clusters and a new district.

Existing settlements first receive Rain Flowers, bioswales, rain gardens and permeable surfaces. Then available sites host clinics, shelters, water, energy and communication.

T3–T4

Amphibious corridors maintain access to safe places. Decayed or vulnerable fragments are replaced by 40×40, 60×60 or 80×80 m clusters.

T5

A new territory is designed from the start as a Floating Sponge District: homes, streets, public buildings, parks and utility corridors form one amphibious system.
